The Galveston County Sheriff's Office reported the following June 19 incidents:

Eric Matthew Macleod, 27, was arrested on charges of assault causes bodily injury family violence, m. The incident occurred near 1803 Oak Ridge Drive, Kemah, Texas.

Joni Beth Herman, 24, was arrested on charges of being intoxicated in public. The incident occurred near 600 Harris Avenue, Kemah, Texas.

Jamel Erwin Walker, 32, was arrested on charges of fail to maintain finan rec or prep annual rpt. The incident occurred near 255 Farm-To-Market Road 2094, Clear Lake Shores, Texas.

Marcus Darnell Strayhorn, 25, was arrested on charges of municipal hold - kpd. The incident occurred near Highway 146, Kemah, Texas.

A citation or summons was issued to Michael Dale Dupleshian, 17, for allegedly operate motor vehicle without plates near Highway 146, Kemah, Texas.

A citation or summons was issued to Juan Isaac Gonzalez, 43, for allegedly no mudflaps or improper mudflaps near 4700 West Bayshore Drive, Bacliff, Texas.

An incident involving assault was reported at 1803 Oak Ridge Drive, Kemah, Texas.

An incident involving unspecified offense was reported at 1801 Oak Ridge Drive, Kemah, Texas.

An incident involving burglary (forcible entry) was reported at 3218 Derrick Street, Bacliff, Texas.

An incident involving criminal mischief was reported at 1225 Lawrence Road, Kemah, Texas.

Emanuel Vasquez Released

Emanuel Vasquez has been released from custody, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office. Mr. Vasquez's bond was set at $1,500. He is listed as living at 16010 Capistrano in Friendswood (77546). Vasquez was reportedly arrested on June 19, 2011 on one charge of possession of marijuana, 0 to 2 ounces. Read more...

Montgomery County misdemeanors, June 19-25

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of June 19-25:

Canales Antonia Carolina, 25, plead Guilty to a charge of 6701-166 failure to control speed, she was charged with on Oct. 18. Her defense attorney is Charles French.

Carolina was arrested on June 19 by the WILLIS PD on charges of *FAIL TO CONTROL SPEED/ *.

French, Charles Atty posted a $159 bond on Aug. 23. The bond was released on Feb. 6.

On Feb. 6, the case was deferred.

She was born on August 21, 1986. Her last known address is 11814 South Kathy Ave., Houston.

Reyes Carolina, 45, plead Guilty to a charge of property theft (greater than $50, less than $500), a Class B misdemeanor she was charged with on June 23. Her defense attorney is Lawrence McCotter.

Carolina was arrested on June 19 by Officer Clinton Clifton of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *THEFT PROP>=$50<$500*. Police reported one victim.

On June 24, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Carolina is described as a 5-foot-4, 140 white with black hair and brown eyes. She was born on January 17, 1967, in Minnesota. Her last known address is Unknown, Houston.

Cruz Nava Torres, 37, was charged with driving while intoxicated on June 23.

Asap Bail Bonds posted a $500 bond on June 21. The bond was released on July 26.
