Heather Marie Wiley, 24, was arrested on charges of driving while license invalid w, prev conv, m. The incident occurred near 500 Bel Road, Kemah, Texas.

Daniel Earl Culp, 36, was arrested on charges of assault causes bodily injury family violence, m. The incident occurred near 4201 Darby Street, Bacliff, Texas.

A citation or summons was issued to Jason Leland Wright, 32, for allegedly driving while license invalid "c" near Boulevard Street, Bacliff, Texas.

The following arrests were made by the Friendswood Police Department on April 3.

The Friendswood Police Department arrested 26-year-old Bryan Leavesley on charges of driving while intoxicated icated. Leavesley was born on September 24, 1984.

The Friendswood Police Department arrested 45-year-old Timothy Robertson on charges of not possessing a driver's license. Robertson was born on July 22, 1965.

Daniel Waddell, 27, was arrested in Friendswood on charges of driving while intoxicated (second offense). Waddell was born on March 7, 1984.

The following arrests were made by the League City Police Department on April 3.

The League City Police Department arrested 27-year-old Rashodd Ishmel on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1. Ishmel was born on July 19, 1983.

Daryl Hill was arrested on charges of a warrant for violating a promise to appear, a warrant for bail jumping and failure to appear, a warrant for driving while license is invalid, a warrant for expired license plates and a warrant for expired motor vehicle inspection. Hillâ€™s date of birth is September 12, 1980.
