Pepper Jean Felix was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated (first time offender, blood alcohol content .08), failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance), failure to produce a driver's license on demand and ffailure to control speed on April 23, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Felix, a 23 year old white female, was booked at the Harris County Jail on April 24, 2011 and is facing misdemeanor charges. She resides at 3535 Nasa Pkwy 26.
