The Galveston County Sheriff's Office reported the following Aug. 26 incidents:

Alicia Valdez was arrested on charges of agg assault causes serious bodily inj. The incident occurred near 4916 12th St., Bacliff, Texas.

Arturo Pena Rodriguez was arrested on charges of driving with an invalid license. The incident occurred near 1100 W. Edgewood Drive, Friendswood, Texas.

Iris Vanessa Cortez was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance of penalty grade 1 (less than 1 gram). The incident occurred near 1905 Gulf Freeway, League City, Texas.

Daniel Figuroa was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance of penalty grade 1 >=1g
Christopher Scott Vela was arrested on charges of possession of less than 2 ounces of marijuana. The incident occurred near S. Egret Bay Blvd., League City, Texas, USA.

Ashlea Kate De Bretagne was arrested on charges of man del cs pg 1 >=1g
Garland James Eskridge was arrested on charges of contempt of child support order. The incident occurred near 1500 Farm To Market 646, League City, Texas.
