Montgomery County misdemeanors, Jan. 1-7

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Jan. 1-7:

Edgar Fernando Carmona-Meceda, 20, was charged with property theft (greater than $50, less than $500) on Jan. 20. His defense attorney is Lynn T Coleman.

Carmona-Meceda was arrested on Jan. 1 by Officer Denver Johnson of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *THEFT PROP>=$50Daisy Bail Bond posted a $500 bond on Jan. 4.

Chase Zachery Dynes, 18, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Jan. 18.

Dynes was arrested on Jan. 1 by Officer Ward C of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED*.

Andrew Nguyen, 18, was charged with possession of marijuana (less than two ounces) on Jan. 5. His defense attorney is Jack McCormick.

Claudia Estrada, 24, plead Guilty to a charge of property theft (greater than $50, less than $500), a Class B misdemeanor she was charged with on Jan. 10. Her defense attorney is Jesse J Herrera.

Estrada was arrested on Jan. 4 by Officer Felix Cantu of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *THEFT PROP>=$50

On Jan. 13, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Esequiel Salazar Jr., 26, plead Guilty to a charge of possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Jan. 31.
