Montgomery County misdemeanors, Dec. 25-31

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Dec. 25-31:

Jose Alfredo Chavarria-Castillo, 31, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated BAC greater than .15) he was charged with on Dec. 29. His defense attorney is William Pattillo.

Chavarria-Castillo was arrested on Dec. 25 by Officer Irvine B of the Harris County Police Department on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED BAC >= 0.15*.

On Jan. 24, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Chavarria-Castillo is described as a 5-foot-6, 140 white 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on November 28, 1980, in HD. His last known address is 1144 Fulton, Houston.

Guillermo Esqueda, 21, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Dec. 29. His defense attorney is Heather Harrison Hall.

Esqueda was arrested on Dec. 25 by Officer Papanos of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED*.

On Jan. 6, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Dante Duane Maxie, 25, was charged with possession of marijuana (less than two ounces) on Jan. 6.

Reginal Lamont James Jr., 20, was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty grade 3 less than 28 grams on Jan. 12.

James was arrested on Dec. 28 by Officer Niklas L of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *POSS CS PG 3 E-Z Out Bail Bonds By Doug posted a $5,000 bond on Dec. 29.

Derrick Anthony Trahan, 33, was charged with assault causing bodily injury (family violence) on Jan. 5.

Trahan was arrested on Dec. 28 by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of **ASSAULT CAUSES B.I.:FAMILY VIOLENCE**. Police reported one victim.

Lilian Anais Bocanegra, 19, was charged with possession of marijuana (less than two ounces) on Jan. 9.

Steven Flores, 32, was charged with driving while intoxicated and resisting arrest, search or transport on Jan. 5. His defense attorney is Richard P Canlas.
