Montgomery County misdemeanors, Dec. 4-10

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Dec. 4-10:

Martin Espina-Felipe, 39, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated he was charged with on Dec. 7. His defense attorney is Jose E Mata.

Espina-Felipe was arrested on Dec. 4 by Officer Irvine B of the Harris County Police Department on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 2ND*.

On Dec. 9, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Ronnie Race Shelby, 33, plead Guilty to a charge of driving with an invalid license and previous conviction, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Dec. 6. His defense attorney is Katherine Shipman.

Shelby was arrested on Dec. 6 by the Department of Public Safety on charges of *DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/O FIN RES* and **ACCIDENT INVOLVING DAMAGE TO VEHICLE>=$200**. There was one warrant for the defendant.

Will Andrew Bowden, 31, was charged with driving while intoxicated and possession of marijuana (less than two ounces) on Dec. 15.

Derrick Hayden Benard Jr., 19, was charged with possession of marijuana (less than two ounces) on Dec. 15.

Pete Fonseca Jr., 48, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Dec. 29.
