Montgomery County misdemeanors, Aug. 28-Sept. 3

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Aug. 28-Sept. 3:

Jesus Zarate-Ovalle, 47, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Sept. 1.

Zarate-Ovalle was arrested on Aug. 29 by Officer Wolfhagen of the Harris County Police Department on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 2ND*. There was one warrant for the defendant.

AAAA Betterway Bail Bonds posted a $1,200 bond on Aug. 30. The bond was forfeited on Oct. 11.

Zarate-Ovalle is described as a 5-foot-10, 180 white 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on November 26, 1964, in Minnesota. His last known address is 6412 Remlap St., Houston.

Shaniqua Latrell Fizer, 19, was charged with failure to identify oneself or giving false or fictitious information on Sept. 1. Her defense attorney is David P Ward.

Fizer was arrested on Aug. 31 by Officer S Sherlock of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *FAIL TO IDENTIFY GIVING FALSE/FICT INFO*.

Cash Bond posted a $500 bond on Aug. 31.

On Sept. 23, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.
