The Houston Police Department reported the following nearby crimes on Feb. 9:

At 3 a.m., an incidence of auto theft was reported in the 16100 block of Pipers View Drive.

An incident involving burglary was reported at 6 a.m. in the 200 block of El Dorado Blvd.

An incident involving burglary was reported at 11 a.m. in the 1000 block of Montour Drive.

At 2:45 p.m., an incidence of theft was reported in the 18100 block of Gulf Fwy.

At 6 p.m., an incidence of theft was reported in the 500 block of Baybrook Mall.
