Galveston County Sheriff crime blotter, Nov. 30

The Galveston County Sheriff's Office reported the following Nov. 30 incidents:

Gabriel Garcia, 29, was arrested on charges of no drivers license. The incident occurred near Highway 146, Kemah, Texas.

Brianna Kay Payne, 30, was arrested on charges of terroristic threat, m. The incident occurred near 4718 Oleander Street, Bacliff, Texas.

An incident involving assault was reported at 4110 Covert Street, Bacliff, Texas.
