The Galveston County Sheriff's Office reported the following Feb. 28 incidents:

Michael James Evans, 49, was arrested on charges of failing to maintain financial responsibility, m. The incident occurred near 1401 Highway 146, Kemah, Texas.

Rachel Antoinette Farris, 27, was arrested on charges of driving while license invalid "c". The incident occurred near 517 Georgia Avenue, League City, Texas.

James Earl Hardin, 39, was arrested on charges of driving while license invalid "c". The incident occurred near 517 Georgia Avenue, League City, Texas.

Derius Quartez Brown, 26, was arrested on charges of sex offenders duty to register 10yrs. The incident occurred near 1600 Nasa Road 1, Houston, Texas.

A citation or summons was issued to Bradley Scott Games, 28, for allegedly engaging in disorderly conduct near 3103 Demrod Street, Bacliff, Texas.
