Webster Police Department arrests, Feb. 12

The following arrests were made by the Webster Police Department on Feb. 12.

Clemente Acosta was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated. Acosta's date of birth is August 12, 1992.

Juan Garcia, 37, was arrested in Webster on charges of driving while intoxicated. Garcia was born on December 1, 1974.

Imelda Guox-Garcia, 27, was arrested in Webster on charges of public intoxication. Guox-Garcia was born on November 8, 1984.

Jacob McCombs was arrested on charges of public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia. McCombs's date of birth is June 10, 1986.

The Webster Police Department arrested 26-year-old Ricardo Ticun-Riquiac on charges of no driver's license, running a red light and failure to maintain financial responsibility (Class C misdemeanor). Ticun-Riquiac was born on September 17, 1985.
