Webster Police Department arrests, Feb. 11

The following arrests were made by the Webster Police Department on Feb. 11.

Billy Cavness was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and littering. Cavness's date of birth is December 11, 1980.

Ashley Little, 22, was arrested in Webster on charges of possession of marijuana. Little was born on January 19, 1990.

The Webster Police Department arrested 22-year-old Jesse Rodriguez on charges of no driver's license, failure to maintain financial responsibility (subsequent) and windowith tint violation. Rodriguez was born on June 17, 1989.
