Montgomery County arrests, Feb. 9

The county clerk in Montgomery County reported the following arrests on Feb. 9:

Mario Morale Aguilera was arrested on an alleged charge of manufacture, delivery of a penalty group 1 controlled substance (4 to 200 grams). Aguilera's address is listed as 8822 Kentshire, Houston, TX 77078.

Jose Angel Aldape Jr., of 2120 Strawberry St., Pasadena, TX 77502, was arrested on an alleged charge of an order of arrest (felony).

Bret Alan Ashworth was arrested on an alleged charge of assault causing bodily injury (family violence), judgement. Ashworth's address is listed as 9206 Melrose, Houston, TX 77022.

Ernesto Cerda, of Greensville And, Houston, TX 77015, was arrested on an alleged charge of a capias warrant for profine misdemeanor.

Chau Minh Duong, of 1202 Sabine Brook Way, Houston, TX 77073, was arrested on an alleged charge of driving while intoxicated.

Zynishia Shunt Fluker was arrested on an alleged charge of possession of marijuana (less than two ounces). Fluker's address is listed as 6255 W. Airport Blvd. #5a, Houston, TX 77035.
