John Steadham was arrested on charges of possession of a penalty group 1 controlled substance (less than 1 gram), tampering or fabricating physical evidence and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver controlled substance penalty grade 1 (1 to 4 grams) on February 4, 2012, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Steadham, a 27 year old black male, was booked at the Harris County Jail on February 5, 2012 and is facing felony charges. He resides at 2821 Forest Hills.
