Webster Police Department arrests, Feb. 3

The following arrests were made by the Webster Police Department on Feb. 3.

Edward Brown, 29, was arrested in Webster on charges of failure to display driver's license and failure to maintain financial responsibility (Class C misdemeanor). Brown was born on September 22, 1982.
