Webster Police Department arrests, Feb. 2

The following arrests were made by the Webster Police Department on Feb. 2.

Shawn Reegan, 32, was arrested in Webster on charges of a warrant for unspecified charges and expired license plates 09/11. Reegan was born on June 13, 1979.
