Montgomery County arrests, Oct. 31

The county clerk in Montgomery County reported the following arrests on Oct. 31:

David Carter, of 9407 Westheimer Road #132a, Houston, TX 77063, was arrested on alleged charges of CAPIAS PROFINE/MISD and a capias warrant for profine misdemeanor.

Mario Antonio Chacon was arrested on alleged charges of ORDER OF ARREST/FELONY and an order of arrest (felony). Chacon's address is listed as 6742 Clemson, Houston, TX 77052.

Jerry Austin Greenhaw, of 11933 Anchick, Houston, TX 77076, was arrested on alleged charges of ASSLT/FAM VIOL/CLASS C and assault with family violence.
