Sherri Rae Barnes was arrested on charges of making a terroristic threat, driving without or with an expired inspection sticker, 2 counts of failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance) and ffailure or refusal to pay toll on November 22, 2010, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported.
