Hermenegildo Moralez Jr was arrested on charges of attempted aggravated sexual assault, failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance) and driving without or with an expired inspection sticker on October 2, 2010, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Moralez, a 29 year old black male, was booked at the Harris County Jail on October 4, 2010 and is facing misdemeanor and felony charges. He resides at 2427 Ferriers Bend.
