Chesley Simpson, 23, was arrested in League City on charges of 2 counts of possession of a substance in penalty group 3, expublic intoxication red motor vehicle inspection, not possessing a driver's license on demand, a warrant for failure to identify as a fugitive from justice and a warrant for dickinson unspecified charges x6. Simpson was born on August 30, 1988.
