The League City Police Department arrested 18-year-old Joel Lucas on charges of a warrant for consumption of alcohol by a minor and a warrant for failure to appear. Lucas was born on November 9, 1993.

Tiffany Vicoli-Autrey was arrested on charges of a warrant for violating a promise to appear, a warrant for expired license plates, a warrant for failure to maintain financial responsibility and a warrant for failure to control speed. Vicoli-Autrey’s date of birth is September 23, 1975.
