Marxianne Eulitt, 26, was arrested in Webster on charges of a warrant for unspecified charges littering public property. Eulitt was born on August 13, 1985.

The Webster Police Department arrested 30-year-old Daniel Goddard on charges of driving while license is invalid. Goddard was born on December 12, 1981.

Jose Manzanares was arrested on charges of a warrant for driving without a driver's license, a warrant for unspecified charges and a warrant for unspecified charges failure to appear. Manzanares’s date of birth is October 29, 1978.
