League City Police Department arrests, Nov. 18

The following arrests were made by the League City Police Department on Nov. 18.

Damon Harper was arrested on charges of a capias warrant for unspecified charges and a warrant for failure to appear. Harper’s date of birth is December 7, 1980.

The League City Police Department arrested 56-year-old Terry Waddell on charges of possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1. Waddell was born on December 4, 1954.
