Webster Police Department arrests, Nov. 16

The following arrests were made by the Webster Police Department on Nov. 16.

Marcus Adams was arrested on charges of driving while license is invalid and no front license plate or insignia. Adams’s date of birth is April 29, 1983.

The Webster Police Department arrested 19-year-old Ashley Bass on charges of violation of continuing obligation to appear and a warrant for unspecified charges. Bass was born on February 25, 1992.
