League City Police Department arrests, Nov. 9

The following arrests were made by the League City Police Department on Nov. 9.

The League City Police Department arrested 23-year-old James Stark on charges of a capias warrant for no proof of financial responsibility and a capias warrant for expired or no registration. Stark was born on January 7, 1988.

The League City Police Department arrested 30-year-old Rasmiyyah Williams on charges of a capias warrant for unspecified charges. Williams was born on August 4, 1981.
