League City Police Department arrests, Oct. 31

The following arrests were made by the League City Police Department on Oct. 31.

The League City Police Department arrested 27-year-old Shane Rowlands on charges of a capias warrant for running a stop sign, a capias warrant for speeding, a capias warrant for driving with an invalid license and a capias warrant for expired or no registration. Rowlands was born on September 22, 1984.
