Webster Police Department arrests, Oct. 26

The following arrests were made by the Webster Police Department on Oct. 26.

The Webster Police Department arrested 27-year-old Otoniel Diazdeleon on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia. Diazdeleon was born on March 6, 1984.

The Webster Police Department arrested 42-year-old Rene Rosales on charges of not possessing a driver's license, failure to maintain financial responsibility (Class C misdemeanor), expired motor vehicle inspection and expired license plates. Rosales was born on May 23, 1969.
