Webster Police Department arrests, Oct. 25

The following arrests were made by the Webster Police Department on Oct. 25.

Hakim Bey, 33, was arrested in Webster on charges of a capias warrant for agency. Bey was born on March 28, 1978.

Mark Mena, 28, was arrested in Webster on charges of a capias warrant for unspecified charges. Mena was born on April 3, 1983.
