League City Police Department arrests, Oct. 8

The following arrests were made by the League City Police Department on Oct. 8.

Joshua Heaps was arrested on charges of a warrant for violating a promise to appear, a warrant for bail jumping and failure to appear, a warrant for failure to maintain financial responsibility -, a warrant for expired motor vehicle inspection and a warrant for parking in a handicapped place. Heaps’s date of birth is April 19, 1988.
