Webster Police Department arrests, Oct. 1

The following arrests were made by the Webster Police Department on Oct. 1.

The Webster Police Department arrested 19-year-old Joshua Guisti on charges of possession of a substance in penalty group 2. Guisti was born on May 27, 1992.
