Webster Police Department arrests, Sept. 10

The following arrests were made by the Webster Police Department on Sept. 10.

Walter Knoch was arrested on charges of assault by contact. Knoch’s date of birth is July 6, 1956.

The Webster Police Department arrested 20-year-old Mattson Celina on charges of possession of a substance in penalty group 3 and failure to identify as a fugitive from justice. Celina was born on May 18, 1991.

Billy Murphy, 25, was arrested in Webster on charges of a warrant for unspecified charges. Murphy was born on January 26, 1986.

Carlos Rivera-Ramos was arrested on charges of possession of an alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle, failure to signal lane change, not possessing a driver's license and failure to maintain financial responsibility (Class C misdemeanor). Rivera-Ramos’s date of birth is June 8, 1988.

The Webster Police Department arrested 17-year-old Rodney Stoll on charges of defective tail lamps, failure to signal turn and not possessing a driver's license. Stoll was born on January 13, 1994.

Brandon Williams, 28, was arrested in Webster on charges of manufacturing or delivering a substance of penalty group 2. Williams was born on September 9, 1983.
