Friendswood Police Department arrests, Sept. 3

The following arrests were made by the Friendswood Police Department on Sept. 3.

Charles Donelly, 26, was arrested in Friendswood on charges of a warrant for assault by contact, a warrant for failure to appear and a warrant for driving with an invalid license. Donelly was born on December 12, 1984.
