League City Police Department arrests, July 30

The following arrests were made by the League City Police Department on July 30.

The League City Police Department arrested 47-year-old Richard Evans on charges of a warrant for failure to appear and a warrant for no proof of financial responsibility. Evans was born on May 9, 1964.

J Gilliam was arrested on charges of a warrant for expired or no motor vehicle inspection documents and a warrant for violating a promise to appear. Gilliam’s date of birth is April 15, 1975.

Gilbert Hernandez, 18, was arrested in League City on charges of driving under the influence (minor) and not possessing a driver's license. Hernandez was born on July 28, 1993.

Joel Lucas was arrested on charges of public intoxication and a capias warrant for unspecified charges. Lucas’s date of birth is November 9, 1993.

The League City Police Department arrested 41-year-old Willie Rowe on charges of a capias warrant for driving with an invalid license and a capias warrant for failure to appear. Rowe was born on January 7, 1970.
