Webster Police Department arrests, July 21

The following arrests were made by the Webster Police Department on July 21.

The Webster Police Department arrested 17-year-old Carlos Alfaro on charges of a warrant for unspecified charges and not possessing a driver's license. Alfaro was born on May 6, 1994.

Ramon Fernandez, 20, was arrested in Webster on charges of a warrant for unspecified charges a capias warrant for. Fernandez was born on October 29, 1990.

The Webster Police Department arrested 19-year-old Kelvin Quezada-Portillo on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and permitting an unlicensed person to drive. Quezada-Portillo was born on July 7, 1992.
