The Webster Police Department arrested 44-year-old Leigh Lloyd on charges of possession of a substance in penalty group 3. Lloyd was born on April 26, 1967.

Jose Perez-Mora was arrested on charges of failure to maintain single lane, not possessing a driver's license and failure to maintain financial responsibility (Class C misdemeanor). Perez-Mora’s date of birth is February 11, 1986.
