League City Police Department arrests, July 16

The following arrests were made by the League City Police Department on July 16.

Stephen Humphrey was arrested on charges of a warrant for no proof of financial responsibility, a warrant for failure to appear, a capias warrant for driving with an invalid license and 2 counts of a warrant for unspecified charges. Humphrey’s date of birth is April 11, 1967.

Johnson Tiana was arrested on charges of a warrant for violating a promise to appear, a warrant for failure to maintain financial responsibility - and a warrant for expired motor vehicle inspection. Tiana’s date of birth is April 3, 1979.

Christella Rodriguez, 24, was arrested in League City on charges of a warrant for failure to appear, a warrant for not possessing a driver's license and a warrant for no proof of financial responsibility. Rodriguez was born on August 25, 1986.
