Webster Police Department arrests, July 8

The following arrests were made by the Webster Police Department on July 8.

The Webster Police Department arrested 37-year-old Matthew Coppenbarger on charges of public intoxication. Coppenbarger was born on April 26, 1974.

Marcus Holland, 21, was arrested in Webster on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to maintain single lane and driving while license is invalid. Holland was born on January 16, 1990.

Denise Ibarra, 20, was arrested in Webster on charges of public intoxication. Ibarra was born on October 9, 1990.

Maria Rodriguez, 30, was arrested in Webster on charges of public intoxication. Rodriguez was born on September 4, 1980.
