Webster Police Department arrests, July 7

The following arrests were made by the Webster Police Department on July 7.

Roel Ruiz, 32, was arrested in Webster on charges of failure to appear, failure to maintain financial responsibility and failure to possess a driver's license 1. Ruiz was born on March 6, 1979.
