Webster Police Department arrests, June 19

The following arrests were made by the Webster Police Department on June 19.

The Webster Police Department arrested 22-year-old Jarriett Chandler-Smith on charges of failure to maintain financial responsibility (Class C misdemeanor) and not possessing a driver's license. Chandler-Smith was born on February 28, 1989.

The Webster Police Department arrested 37-year-old Chad Lambeth on charges of public intoxication. Lambeth was born on January 8, 1974.

The Webster Police Department arrested 33-year-old Jimmy Perales on charges of running a red light and not possessing a driver's license. Perales was born on October 18, 1977.

Orlando Rangel, 31, was arrested in Webster on charges of assault causing bodily injury (family violence, enhanced). Rangel was born on November 7, 1979.

Nicholas Salinas, 22, was arrested in Webster on charges of possession of a substance in penalty group 3. Salinas was born on April 18, 1989.

Emanuel Vasquez, 22, was arrested in Webster on charges of possession of marijuana. Vasquez was born on February 5, 1989.
