Webster Police Department arrests, May 29

The following arrests were made by the Webster Police Department on May 29.

Joy Engel was arrested on charges of public intoxication. Engel’s date of birth is February 27, 1976.

The Webster Police Department arrested 20-year-old Tyler Proctor on charges of failure to identify. Proctor was born on December 7, 1990.

Earl Vignes, 22, was arrested in Webster on charges of possession of a substance in penalty group 2. Vignes was born on August 12, 1988.
