Webster Police Department arrests, May 14

The following arrests were made by the Webster Police Department on May 14.

Brian Kaple, 44, was arrested in Webster on charges of disorderly conduct (abusive language) and disturbing the peace within a residence. Kaple was born on July 7, 1966.

Robert Rico was arrested on charges of a warrant for a capias warrant for. Rico’s date of birth is March 1, 1973.
