The Webster Police Department arrested 45-year-old Rito Gonzales on charges of a warrant for failure to control speed, a warrant for unspecified charges and a warrant for driving without a driver's license. Gonzales was born on August 11, 1965.

Elder Lopez was arrested on charges of not possessing a driver's license, failure to maintain financial responsibility (Class C misdemeanor) and drove on the wrong side of road. Lopez’s date of birth is September 21, 1989.
