League City Police Department arrests, April 21

The following arrests were made by the League City Police Department on April 21.

Justin Vinas was arrested on charges of a warrant for violating a promise to appear, a warrant for no proof of financial responsibility and a warrant for failure to control speed. Vinas’s date of birth is March 31, 1988.
