Webster Police Department arrests, April 3

The following arrests were made by the Webster Police Department on April 3.

Rodwin Carranza-Santos was arrested on charges of consumption, possession of alcohol by a minor and possession of an alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle. Carranza-Santos’s date of birth is May 9, 1991.

Daryl Hill, 30, was arrested in Webster on charges of driving with an invalid license (b). Hill was born on September 12, 1980.

Mauro Irias was arrested on charges of consumption, possession of alcohol by a minor and possession of an alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle. Irias’s date of birth is June 19, 1992.

Kqunada Middleton-Barnes, 25, was arrested in Webster on charges of public intoxication. Middleton-Barnes was born on March 3, 1986.

Brayan Roque-Roque was arrested on charges of not possessing a driver's license and speeding. Roque-Roque’s date of birth is April 25, 1989.

Darius Wright, 19, was arrested in Webster on charges of disorderly conduct (fighting). Wright was born on August 22, 1991.

The Webster Police Department arrested 27-year-old David Rodriguez on charges of a warrant for a capias warrant for. Rodriguez was born on September 26, 1983.
