Webster Police Department arrests, April 2

The following arrests were made by the Webster Police Department on April 2.

Oscar Alfaro was arrested on charges of public intoxication. Alfaro’s date of birth is October 29, 1981.

Adam Bordelon, 25, was arrested in Webster on charges of a warrant for unspecified charges. Bordelon was born on October 1, 1985.

Tiffany Sowell was arrested on charges of shoplifting and possession of a substance in penalty group 3. Sowell’s date of birth is November 4, 1982.

Ivan Tovar, 21, was arrested in Webster on charges of public intoxication. Tovar was born on October 4, 1989.

Michelle Velazquez, 20, was arrested in Webster on charges of public intoxication (minor) and failure to display driver's license on demand. Velazquez was born on June 28, 1990.
