League City Police Department arrests, April 2

The following arrests were made by the League City Police Department on April 2.

Romaldo Balan, 37, was arrested in League City on charges of public intoxication. Balan was born on June 19, 1973.

Curtis Mayes was arrested on charges of a capias warrant for no proof of financial responsibility, a capias warrant for driving with an invalid license, 2 counts of a warrant for driving with an invalid license, a warrant for failure to appear, a warrant for expired or no motor vehicle registration, a warrant for no proof of financial responsibility, a warrant for violating a promise to appear and a warrant for unspecified charges. Mayes’s date of birth is April 14, 1977.
