Webster Police Department arrests, March 19

The following arrests were made by the Webster Police Department on March 19.

The Webster Police Department arrested 19-year-old Ryan Blackwell on charges of consumption of alcohol by a minor and public intoxication (minor). Blackwell was born on August 19, 1991.

The Webster Police Department arrested 31-year-old Bradley Cook on charges of public intoxication. Cook was born on January 16, 1980.

The Webster Police Department arrested 40-year-old John Frank on charges of assault by contact. Frank was born on August 14, 1970.

Garrett Wilbanks, 20, was arrested in Webster on charges of a warrant for unspecified charges. Wilbanks was born on June 4, 1990.

Derrick Wilson was arrested on charges of expired license plates, failure to maintain financial responsibility (Class C misdemeanor) and not possessing a driver's license. Wilson’s date of birth is February 10, 1978.
