Christyion Herskowitz was arrested on charges of a warrant for a capias profine misdemeanor. Herskowitz’s date of birth is July 8, 1989.

Mary McClendon was arrested on charges of a warrant for a capias profine misdemeanor. McClendon’s date of birth is March 3, 1959.

The Webster Police Department arrested 53-year-old Bobby Simmons on charges of a warrant for unspecified charges. Simmons was born on July 25, 1957.
