Webster Police Department arrests, Feb. 20

The following arrests were made by the Webster Police Department on Feb. 20.

Oscar Bonilla-Dominguez was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated icated. Bonilla-Dominguez’s date of birth is December 30, 1979.

Gracie Hernandez, 20, was arrested in Webster on charges of consumption of alcohol by a minor and public intoxication. Hernandez was born on May 16, 1990.

The Webster Police Department arrested 46-year-old Melissa Moyers on charges of possession of a substance in penalty group 3. Moyers was born on September 12, 1964.

The Webster Police Department arrested 23-year-old Kayla Nichols on charges of assault causing bodily injury (family violence). Nichols was born on October 3, 1987.
